The eligibility criteria for returning the product.
The return scheme is applicable only on the 4 bottles and 6 bottles of the product. The product to be returned has to be totally packed and in a saleable condition. In case of cash on delivery and online payment as modes of payment, we will deduct your freight and COD Charges.

Penigra will only accept products that are returned unopened. Any returned product that comes in with an open seal, improper handling or damaged/torn out boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns and will be sent back to the buyer. The product needs to be returned in the original box. Inflatable's do not come under warranty/guarantee and cannot be returned/refunded. The warranty for the products can be availed when the buyer sends the products back to Penigra. The cost of the shipment for returns needs to be borne by the buyer. Products damaged during shipment or improper packaging do not qualify for refund or return in any manner. If a product is damaged on delivery, it is important for the buyer to contact Penigra immediately and inform the customer service agents about the damage. A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided. The buyer will need to ship the product back to Penigra. The cost for the shipment needs to be borne by the buyer. All return product shipment cost needs to be borne by the customer.
If an item is found to be damaged or incorrect as per description is given in our website or any units are missing as per ordered quantity, please share the video of the outer packaging of the products received, to our customer care at support@penigra.com or you call us on +91 - 930-663-8718 within 7 days of receipt of the product. Defective and damaged products are exchanged, customers will not have to bear the shipping cost for the new product.
Please Note: Penigra might have to cancel certain orders which are out of reach or difficult to ship. Penigra reserves the right, to refuse/ cancel / deny any order for any reason. Penigra will provide customers with an approximate date for the delivery and will ensure the shipment is sent out on time. In case of delays in shipment, the customer can always contact Penigra. Delays could be caused due to factors such as import of the products and availability. All products undergo brand code verification, at times this could cause a delay in delivery, and delays could also be caused due to a discrepancy in the order. All products are shipped and dispatched within 2-3 working days. A normal, uninterrupted delivery takes about 15 days. Penigra strives to ensure all orders are sent out on time and all customers get their products within the speculated time duration. To receive your order on time, please ensure you provide us with complete billing details along with the correct pin code and telephone number.
It is required for a person to be present to collect the order and sign the shipment receipt at the time of delivery. A customer might have to bear additional shipping charges if not present at the first attempt of delivery. It is advised to inform security/reception/neighbors about the expected delivery in order to avoid the extra shipping fee. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be redirected to a new address.
